Like most modern physical culturists you could probably use another inch or two on your arms. Right?
If you've been training your arms for some time now without the desired results, then maybe you are doing something wrong?
Check what you're doing with what Dave Draper is doing for his arms. Perhaps you have forgotten something?
- Don't count reps or sets. "It interferes with instinct."
- Train quickly using moderate weights and a flowing rhythm.
- Concentrate ALL the time. Don't let anyone or anything put you off while exercising.
- Train regularly, don't miss workouts.
- Train arms with at least 3 different movements for triceps and 2 for biceps.
- Exercise your arms for a full muscle pump every workout. Anything else is a waste of time.
- Take only minimum rest between sets. 15-30 seconds only.
- Utilize strict training only, don't cheat.
- "Feel" your arms while you exercise them. Make the muscles work hard against the resistance by performing each exercise in a way that best isolates either your biceps or triceps.
