Enjoy Your Lifting!

  1. I'm pretty sure that's how often I read this blog daily but it's more than a hobby for me, it's a way of life! Keep up the great work and thanks for all the magnificent contributions you've made in spreading the knowledge for everyone to read! It was a privilege to collaborate with you on the Bob Simpson article. It was because of reading this blog that I became inspired to reach out to him and talk with him in depth about lifting! It's my opinion that knowledge is useless unless shared by all and I'm so grateful you share the same values!

    1. Hi Jeff! This thing must be worth something because it's how we got to know each other. Good to hear from you, my Friend.

    2. Hey Dale, I feel the same about you! Friends like you are hard to find in this world and I'm so grateful for your friendship! Everyday I reflect on how much my training and life has evolved from reading this blog over the years. The best reward has been getting to know you and contribute to this blog.

I'd say more than the lifting tips or techniques, what has helped me the most is reading how our heroes overcame setbacks and tragedies. Their triumphs continue to inspire me and help uplift me when I'm at a low point in my life. Always great to hear from you my friend and reach out anytime!

  4. Read this yesterday in one of the older entries:

”Finally, I encourage you to believe in yourself and in your actions. For your actions make you what you are and your dreams and plans are possible future actions. Remake yourself continuously.”

Thank you for what you do!

    1. Now THAT is something I remember! From Anthony Ditillo, though I can't remember if I added the remake yourself continually words. Oops. Here: https://ditillo2.blogspot.com/2008/06/intermediate-mass-program-anthony.html Funny what we remember, ain't it.
