These York Courses required inexpensive and simple barbells, dumbbells and cables/expanders. The variations are endless and productive, provided consistent effort was/is supplied. A lifetime of fun and life-spring of health.

(I am also having trouble with Google sign-in since I purchased a new device. I will eventually figure it out.)
Man, I was getting a mild buzz on a few weeks ago. My laptop was near its end, the screen half-attached to the keyboard and wires sticking out here and there. Had a mickey of Vodka and figure why not just make mix one big drink and eliminate all that walking to the kitchen. Of course I spilled it and smoked the stinkin' laptop.
Enough already! Enough of this computer BS. So I tossed the thing in the bin, vowing to never again waste my precious limited time on these toys. Cleaned up, shaved, ate, worked out and within the hour I was on a bus heading to Best Buy . . .
