FUCKING BENT STEMS! No human being yet born can squat proper with them things. This whole post pisses me off. I take offence. Am offended. It gets my goat and I border on being cheesed off. Near to upset and suffering over here and sensing a fine slice of Andy-Kaufman-esque humor going on . . . and ya know, he was actually the guy who spotted Bill West spotting The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat's Cali-record breaking squat back in the day. No fucking matter, though, no bent stems permitted on this site, please. Plain and simple.
My first experience with a bent stem was as a youth still in high school. Since that day I have vowed to find a way to use "bent stem" in something, ANYTHING written and have it take on meaning, trigger emotions and secure my legacy in eternity.
At last, at last I've found thee! Sweet mystery of life, you's are mine.
On a side note . . . unrelated yet not sales-based. A guy's loved one dies, right? People know the guy as he grieves, have known him for a long while. Is it really necessary to put one of those "in lieu of flowers, send liquor" notices? They should just know, right? Just know the guys sense of humor already without having to be reminded no matter the "tragedy" or "unexpected and sudden downturn" . . . Right?
In lieu of flowers, send lifters with bad squat form and bent stems. Insanity, near-insanity that permits staying alive yet still surviving in this society also accepted.
Hang on. Oliver Sacks? Andy Kaufman spotted Bill West spotting Oliver Sacks squatting? The man squatting was a Marine for gods sake. Yes, he was. Gunnery Sargent. Gunny Sacks, my Friend, a man to be remembered. in the coming haze.
Here's one for all you incontinent, humor-lovin' types . . .
A guy gives up completely, likes liquor and goes all in. Two weeks in bed, cheap rye and wine diet, in and out of consciousness but keeping ahead of the seizure . . . loaded handgun, safety off under his pillow, lying in his own piss and shit from days-gone-by piled up under him. Wife in the other room tied to a chair, for two days and nights, messed up in head after some time with that handgun in her mouth and some other stuff. She finally gets out from the ropes . . .
He's out cold, she takes the pistol, drains the ammo, takes it apart and tosses it into a snowdrift covered in yesterday's pretty leaves and fresh dog-shite. Goes to her parents house. Tells 'em what went on.
They tell her to stand by her man and drive her back to where she came from.
I'm always amazed at the inherent humor in everything once you see it. In another world Ed Gein would be a Saint but hey, who really knows shit about anyfing.

Now the commander of life's ship, you'll seize opportunities with one simple one-liner and a deadpan expression Yids would die for . . .
best stop here. But is it black Yids, or Black yids, or ' Black Yids? How inappropriate of me.
I refuse to take lifting advice from any man who wears glasses with bent stems.
